I went shopping for a new cell phone recently, and I have to say that I was a bit beleaguered by all the different service providers out there. I don't know why I didn't think of this method right off the bat. After all, people can do almost anything on the Internet these days, and my task wasn't exactly an unusual one. As I had hoped, it really was an easy matter to compare cellular plans online. Instead of visiting each individual service provider's website (which would have taken a bit longer than I wanted), I went directly to a couple of different consumer-oriented sites. These sites allowed me to compare cellular plans (from various providers in my area) all on the same page. With this side-by-side format, I was able to see in an instant which deals were the best in terms of my needs and budget, and which ones I should just forget about. Once I selected a plan from the comparison chart, all I had to do was go in to my nearest shop and order exactly what I wanted.

I ended up paying for only the features that I would actually use and didn't get locked into a long-term deal.
